Both Carmen's Deli locations use the same traditional sandwich-making techniques, high-quality meats and only the best cheeses. All breakfast and lunch sandwiches, hoagies and cheesesteaks are made with freshly baked bagels and rolls from Del Buono's. Hoagies and cheesesteaks, as always, are well over a foot long and the sandwich menu is the same as at the original Carmen's Deli, which continues to operate in its original location.
